Our therapeutic services provide trauma-aware, relationship-led support for children and young people experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, school-based distress and nervous system dysregulation. Through equine-assisted mentoring, somatic regulation and early intervention pathways, we help CYP understand their emotions, build resilience and strengthen their capacity to engage with learning and daily life. Each programme offers a safe, relational space where young people can reconnect with themselves, others and their world at a pace that feels secure and sustainable.
Early Intervention Programme (EIP)
The 16-week EIP provides structured, trauma-aware mentoring for CYP who are struggling with emotional overwhelm, school avoidance, anxiety or relational withdrawal. Rooted in neuroscience and polyvagal theory, the programme supports CYP to understand their nervous system, develop emotional literacy and build co-regulation strategies.
Sessions weave together therapeutic mentoring, equine-assisted experiences, movement, rhythm, breathwork and reflective practices. Themes include emotional regulation, identity, resilience and attachment. Progress is tracked through a structured outcome framework, with ongoing liaison between families, schools and professionals. The EIP helps CYP move toward reconnection with themselves, with others and with learning at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.

Trauma-Aware Yoga & Somatic Regulation
These one-to-one sessions support CYP to develop a more flexible and regulated nervous system through gentle, trauma-informed movement, breathwork and somatic practices. Learners explore interoception, map their autonomic states and practice up-regulation and down-regulation strategies to support emotional balance and readiness for learning.
The sessions enhance emotional resilience, body - mind integration and overall wellbeing, providing CYP with ongoing tools to navigate daily stress and sensory overwhelm.
